Si vous faites partie des 3 premiers exemples, alors votre entreprise doit respecter la loi du RGPD. Même si vous faites partie du 4ème point, il est recommandé de suivre cette loi afin de garder à jour vos données et de gagner la confiance des clients.

RGPD : les étapes à suivre pour être conforme

1- Utilisez le double opt-in

Les formulaires d’inscription conformes au double opt-in est un plus pour vos affaires. Il permet de confirmer la volonté de l’abonné. Cela vous aidera à construire une liste d’abonnés actifs.

2- Mentionnez comment vous connaissez vos abonnés

Il est courant d’oublier comment nous connaissons une entreprise et pourquoi nous recevons des e-mails de leurs parts. Ce qui peut amener à une désinscription. Rappelez donc à vos abonnés qui vous êtes et pourquoi ils recoivent vos e-mails. Vous pouvez mentionnez dans le footer la liste d’e-mail dont l’abonné fait partie.

3- Ajoutez les préférences d’e-mails dans vos mmails de bienvenue

L’e-mail de bienvenue doit donner la possibilité à l’abonné de choisir ses préférences : la fréquence de réception des e-mails, le type de contenu…

4- Inclure un lien de désabonnement dans chaque communication

Les abonnés peuvent changer d’avis et avoir envie de se désinscrire de vos services. Incluez un lien de désinscription dans chaque e-mail envoyé pour réduire les signalements de spams.

5- Donnez aux abonnés la possibilité de mettre à jour leurs profils

Laissez aux abonnés la liberté de mettre à jour leurs profils, de modifier ou supprimer leurs données. Ajoutez cette option dans le footer de vos mails. Un bon point pour avoir une base de données à jour.

6- Obtenir le consentement de l’abonné avant de lancer des promotions

Le consentement de l’e-mail marketing est la meilleure forme de marketing ! Il réaffirme l’éthique de la marque. Votre liste d’abonnés est un mix d’individus que vous avez personnellement rencontrés à un événement, de participants à vos conférences, d’abonnés par le bouche à oreille.
